I was very appreciative that the salesperson, Shane Morrow, was willing to attend a Wednesday evening meeting with the Board of Directors. It was important for the board to hear his suggestions to upgrade our system and to answer questions. He made a good impression – making it a done deal. We were very pleased with the assistance we got with updating our system – the installation and how it has worked since its installation. It is comforting to know we are properly alarmed (security and fire) and that we have a user-friendly accountability system. It has allowed us to consider eliminating some old habits and made us more user friendly.
