Let me just tell you... if you are ever searching for a phone provider, security for your business or MSP for internet and computer security at your business, consider TelePlus out of Hagerstown. I started working with TelePlus a few years ago as we were growing and Vonage was not reliable nor able to grow with us. We started with phones, then when we bought our building four years ago, we added security. This year we added their Managed Services for all our computers. Let me tell you my experience just today. Their phone crew are amazing and worked through some very challenging requests I made and always came through for me. They are always just a text or call away. I emailed my rep at TelePlus to ask if he could help with adding one of my staff's profile to the desktop computer in our MD office. He reached out to her within minutes and completed the request. Next, responded to my email to let me know it was completed. It took like five minutes! This is the normal with TelePlus. They are truly a great service provider and a great team of professionals.

We have been with Tele-Plus for close to ten years now. I heard about them through my Father-in-Law’s business, and they just loved them. We have been very pleased with Tele-Plus, they are great with equipment, and their customer service is amazing. I would 110% recommend Tele-Plus…they are top notch!
