Chuck joined the Tele-Plus sales team in January of 2021 after a 30-year career in the banking industry providing Washington County business owners with financial solutions as a Community Relationship Manager and Small Business Banker. Chuck brings his years of relationship building to the role of Washington County Sales Manager.

Born and raised in Sharpsburg, Maryland, Chuck is a lifelong resident of Washington County and is passionate about community involvement. He is active in the United Way of Washington County having served as Board of Directors Chair and Community Impact Chair. Chuck is currently a member of the Washington County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and a member of the Hagerstown Lions Club. He is also a graduate of Leadership Washington County Class 32.

Chuck resides in Hagerstown with his wife Nancy, daughter Cameryn and his two beagles Barley and Blue.
