Steve came to Tele-Plus through the 1990 acquisition of the Lanier Worldwide franchise where he served as a technician and later as service manager.Steve has an extensive training and technical background beginning with an enlistment in the United States Navy where he served on board the Aircraft Carrier, USS-America (CV-66) as an aviation electronics technician (AT), flight deck final checker and troubleshooter for the avionics division servicing the A-7 attack aircraft. This experience has proven invaluable in attention to detail, problem resolution, safety and management while performing at the highest levels in a fast paced environment.
Upon honorable discharge in 1984 he immediately began his career with Lanier Worldwide and Tele-Plus Corporation as an electronics and computer technician gaining vast experience and understanding of office telecommunications technologies and life and property protection solutions. He has used this experience to further advance his position as Regional Sales Manager-PA Region until being promoted to VP of Business Development in 2004.
In his current position he oversees the day to day sales activity, manages marketing efforts, provides ongoing sales and product training and works with manufacturers and vendors in product development and quality assurance ensuring Tele-Plus customer satisfaction and expectations are exceeded.
Steve resides with his wife Denise of 32 years in Greencastle, Pa. They have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. When Steve is not working to provide top notch customer solutions he can usually be found on a golf course somewhere in the tri-state area.
