can notify you when you have a call by automatically issuing an
overhead page or buzzing your site pager. Personal paging is suited
for busy executives, sales representatives and warehouse personnel.
Integrated Voice Processing - AXXESSORY Talk
Inter-Tel's integrated voice processing system, AXXESSORY Talk,
provides Automated Attendant, Call Routing Announcements, Voice
Mail and Fax-on-Demand. The Automated Attendant answers incoming
calls, guides callers to the proper destination, transfers calls,
takes voice messages and puts calls through to the operator. Call
Routing Announcements can be used to play a custom recording,
so callers can quickly get the information they need without waiting
to speak to an agent. Voice Mail enables customers to leave detailed
messages when employees are away from their desk. Fax-on-Demand
allows the set up of a fax library of frequently requested documents.
Using a touch-tone phone, outside callers can select the document
they need from the library, enter their fax number, and the system
will automatically fax the document to them.
Unified Messaging - AXXESSORY Talk Central
Inter-Tel's Unified Messaging solution, AXXESSORY Talk Central,
integrates your electronic communications e-mail, fax and voice
mail into one user-friendly interface. You'll be able to view
all your messages on one PC screen and prioritize how and when
you'd like to process them. Rather than switching between your
phone, fax machine and computer several times a day, all your
messages will be accessible from one source. You can hear your
voice mail messages over your multimedia computer and read your
faxes and e-mails on your PC screen.
Operator's Console - AXXESSORY Console
AXXESSORY Console, a PC-based operator's console, allows an operator
to process a high volume of calls quickly and efficiently. All
calls are processed on a PC screen without using a desktop phone.
The attendant can answer, transfer, place calls on hold, conference
and more just by clicking on the appropriate icon or by using
a pre-programmed key. The large, easily configurable screen provides
a quick-glance view of all calls and their status along with the
status of individual extensions. When calls come in, the information
is immediately visible on screen helping the operator correctly
process the callžand improving customer service.
Call Accounting - Inside Track
Inside Track, a call accounting software program, generates critical
call management and accounting reports from the phone system's
Station Message Detail Records (SMDR). A wide variety of standard
pre-programmed or custom reports can be produced in a simple-to-use
format. 100s of reports are easily generated users can analyze
calling costs, system traffic, and track employee productivity.
