within your AXXESS system control and route your
inbound traffic intelligently. And, AXXESS's open
architecture interfaces (OAI) allow for easy integration
of future ACD enhancements and applications.
AXXESSORY Client displays
customer data on your own personal computer, it
screen pops all the client information you need
to service the call. So before the call is answered
or transferred, vital client history is available
by saving valuable time and resources. Screen
pops can shorten each call by 10 to 45 seconds
depending on the application. You can manage your
calls with your mouse or keyboard to answer, hold,
transfer, or conference calls quickly and easily.

satisfaction instead of probing for client information.
AXXESSORY Reporter Basic
is a comprehensive reporting tool used to produce
historical reports on call and user activity.
This information is actually stored within a database
on AXXESSORY Server. You can generate reports
based on today's current calls or on last week's
historical data. The reports can be run using
a wide variety of criteria, including Caller ID,
DID number, extension, user group, date, time,
and cost over 20 standard business reports are
included. Or if you need special customized reports,
you can easily create one without having a degree
in computer programming.

Reporter Plus is a sophisticated business
management tool. It was designed to give you the
power to better manage your telephony traffic
by generating comprehensive reports for statistical
analysis. With AXXESSORY Reporter Plus you can
produce simple or complex reports on traffic levels,
peaks, frequencies, and call duration. Or you
can specify a special team or departmental breakdown
report helping you allocate your staff to critical
areas at the right times improving response times
and customer service.

Reporter ACD expands the reporting capabilities
of the Basic and Plus modules by adding ACD user-based
reports. All user or agent activity can be monitored,
helping you manage your team. These statistics

AXXESSORY
DeskBoard displays real time company statistics
on your computer screen. Similar to a toolbar,
the deskboard can be positioned or resized to
fit anywhere on your screen. Any number of tiles
can be displayed or across a variety of groups
and individuals, even globally. Information is
updated in real time as it happens, so everyone
knows the current business stats. Current statistics
help users or agents make better decisions on
how to manage their jobs.

Server is a software application that links
your telephone system to your computer network
it’s the heart of AXXESSORY Call Center. Providing
useful data on day to day telephone usage, the
server performs all basic call logging functions.
A call statistic screen displays instant and dynamic
information on client usage, inbound/outbound
calls, and the number of abandoned or lost calls.
Abandoned or lost calls may then be recovered
to increase the bottom line.
